About the role
Recruit Consults is recruiting for a premium 5-star restaurant in Ikoyi, Lagos.
•We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, attract high-value clients and grow the brand.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive corporate, private event and catering sales
• Generate and convert new business leads
• Build relationships with corporate organisations and VIP clients
• Develop strategic partnerships
• Drive client acquisition and upselling
• Support marketing and brand visibility
• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Prepare sales and business development reports
Requirements
- Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing
- • Hospitality/luxury experience preferred
- • Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • Target-driven, proactive and resilient.
