About the role
CF Braids & Locs is looking for a Client Experience & Sales Lead to manage client enquiries and help convert leads into confirmed bookings. This is a sales-focused client experience role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prospective and existing clients throughout their booking journey, while actively contributing to the growth of the business.
The role includes:
• Responding to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries
• Following up with potential clients
• Qualifying leads and guiding them through the booking process
• Booking consultations and appointments
• Following up on deposits and confirming bookings
• Sending appointment reminders
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is:
- • Highly organised and detail-oriented
- • A confident and professional communicator
- • Comfortable with sales and client conversion
- • Proactive and confident with follow-ups
- • Experienced in customer service, sales, client relations or a similar role
- • Comfortable using WhatsApp and
- Instagram professionally
