About the role
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive user experience across all support channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.)
