About the role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Flutter Developer to craft world-class mobile/desktop experiences for our iOS and Android applications. As a front-end engineer, you will turn complex financial workflows like multi-currency wallet management, instant crypto-to-fiat swaps, virtual card provisioning, and utility bill checkouts into smooth, pixel-perfect, and ultra-secure UI/UX.
You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, Laravel backend developers, and security engineers to build an intuitive, high-performance mobile/desktop app that users trust with their money daily.
What you'll do
UI/UX & Mobile/Desktop Feature Engineering
Pixel-Perfect Interfaces: Translate complex Figma designs and design systems into fluid, responsive, and accessible Flutter screens across iOS and Android.
Core Fintech Workflows: Build intuitive UI flows for…
Card Issuance: Virtual card creation, card controls (freeze/unfreeze, limit adjustments), and physical card tracking.
Crypto & Transfers: Multi-currency wallet views, QR-code payment scanners, transaction history, and live crypto rate conversion screens.
Bills & Utility Top-Ups: Quick checkout flows for airtime, data, power, and cable subscriptions.
State Management: Maintain a clean, predictable, and scalable client-side architecture (using Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod).
Performance Optimization: Optimize app boot times, memory management, and smooth 60fps animations for low-end to high-end mobile/desktop devices.
Mobile/Desktop Security & Native Integration
Local Security Controls: Implement client-side security measures including biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint), secure storage (Keychain / KeyStore), screen privacy blurs, and screenshot prevention.
Native Bridges: Write custom Platform Channels (Swift / Kotlin) when necessary to interact with native hardware or device APIs.
Network & Data Handling: Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets efficiently with proper offline caching, retry logic, error handling, and SSL Pinning.
Deployment & Lifecycle
Manage app store releases, testing builds, and over-the-air updates (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Fastlane, Firebase App Distribution).
Continuously write unit and widget tests to ensure high test coverage across critical payment screens.
Requirements
- Tech Requirements
- 3+ years* of professional experience building commercial cross-platform mobile/desktop apps using Flutter & Dart.
- Deep proficiency in state management patterns (*Provider*, BLoC, or Riverpod) and Clean Architecture principles.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON parsing, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming (Future, Stream).
- Solid grasp of client-side security: biometric auth, data encryption at rest, secure local storage, and token rotation (JWT).
- Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile/desktop (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane) and distribution platforms (Firebase App Distribution/TestFlight).
- Must have a Design & Product Mindset
- Obsessed with UI/UX details, micro-interactions, dark/light mode execution, and crisp typography.
- Strong empathy for mobile/desktop user experience—understanding how to present complex financial data simply and safely.
- Prior experience building Fintech, Neobanking, or Web3/Crypto mobile/desktop applications.
- Experience integrating push notification pipelines (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for real-time transaction alerts.
- Familiarity with dynamic forms, dynamic deep linking, or camera-based KYC ID scanning SDKs (e.g., Smile ID, Sumsub).
