Help find and connect top talent with great opportunities, while supporting clients with their hiring needs and recruitment processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Source and screen candidates
•Conduct initial interviews and assessments
•Manage candidate pipeline and documentation
•Support clients with hiring and onboarding Build and maintain candidate relationships
Requirements
- IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics or another related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Suitable for graduates and early-career professionals with experience in B2B and commercial sales and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good organization and follow-up
- Interest in B2B and commercial sales, recruitment,
- business development or consulting.
- 1 year post-NYSC experience in sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment or another client-facing role Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Lekki,Lagos.
