About the role
We are a leading Employer of Record
(EOR) and Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) operating across Africa. We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to lead an HR team in delivering HR services to clients across Africa, while driving revenue growth, service delivery and client relationships. Consulting experience is key.
Requirements
- Key Requirements:
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Client Success
- •Proven track record of supervising HR operations
- •Consulting experience is essential
- •Experience leading HR teams in delivering HR services to clients across Africa
- •Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships
- •Strong communication and networking skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- •Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage
