About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our organisation in Lagos.
Key Requirement:
The ideal candidate must currently be working as an experienced Security Supervisor with one of Nigeria's top-tier security companies and have a proven track record in corporate security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise security operations within the organisation.
• Be stationed primarily at the reception, managing access and visitor movement.
• Professionally receive and coordinate visiting guests.
• Conduct regular rounds within the premises to ensure safety and smooth operations.
• Monitor and identify security risks, suspicious activities, and potential threats.
• Protect company personnel, property, assets, and overall interests.
• Maintain proper security and visitor records.
• Liaise with Management, HR, and other relevant departments on security matters.
Requirements
- Candidate Profile:
- •Minimum 5 years' security experience
- •Current/previous Security
- •Supervisor experience with a reputable security company
- •Excellent observation and communication skills
- •Professional, disciplined, alert, and well-groomed
- •Strong integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- •Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage.
