About the role
Synafare is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance Operations Associate to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Record transactions, run payments,
manage reconciliations, support month-end close, handle tax and inventory, and keep financial records audit-ready.
Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS
- •4+ years' experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, financial control or audit.
- • Strong knowledge of reconciliations, month-end close, payments, WHT, VAT and inventory accounting.
- •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and control mindset.
- •ACCA/ICAN is an advantage.
- NICE-TO-HAVE
- •Experience in a lending, trading or inventory-holding business in Nigeria.
- • Experience supporting a statutory audit and working with external tax consultants.
- • Exposure to formula-driven, linked
- Google Sheets and inventory/backoffice
- applications.
- •ICAN ATS or equivalent foundation certification.
