About the role
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, accounting controls, and reporting integrity across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, P&Ls, variance analysis, and performance reports.
• Maintain accounting policies, reporting standards, and financial controls.
• Lead audit readiness, PBC
schedules, and resolution of audit queries.
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with Internal Control and Tech/Data to strengthen processes and financial data integrity.
• Ensure accurate ERP, POS, e-commerce, and payment data for reporting
Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- • 10+ years' experience in financial accounting/reporting, including month-end close and audit leadership.
- • Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environments is an advantage.
- • Strong ERP, reconciliation, financial analysis, Excel/modelling, and Bl skills.
- • Strong technical accounting, controls, communication, and problem-solving skills
