•Welcoming and attending to clients professionally
•Managing appointments, bookings and schedules
•Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and client inquiries Providing information about our services, treatments and pricing
•Maintaining accurate client records and booking information Processing payments and issuing receipts
•Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
•Supporting daily administrative
and front-desk operations
