Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales records when required.

Requirements
- • Previous experience as a waiter, waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
- • Good knowledge of food, beverages and restaurant
- operations.
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
